SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processes and send out Tuesday of each week.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We try our best to be the best, most efficient packing elves but alas we are only human!
We send 1st or 2nd Class with Royal Mail, and Parcel Force on larger items.
The last date we can send items, to arrived before Christmas is 18th December 2023
Shipping to UK Only via the website.
2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are working on a way to deliver our products internationally via a website.
However until we crack it, we can process large orders over £500 via email. This allows us to quote for shipping on each individual order, taking into account the what size/weight/restricted items.
We do not send cuttings internationally.
We can send small quantities of tools internationally, all taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to place an international order over £500 please send a detailed list or screen shot of the basket page with all the products you would like to buy to the email below, with the delivery address. We'll then send you a quote for delivery and invoice for the items.
All items will be insured to value of good sold when shipping.
Willow with Roots is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
4. RETURNS (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return your online order via an independent courier of your choice, you can do so by returning the goods to the following address:

NOTE: Any postage cost obtained via independent return will not be reimbursed.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return your order.
5. REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. We
