Yes, we offer refunds on a case by case basis.

If you would like to return your order please email us with you request within 28 days of purchasing the item.

Once we've confirmed, you can return the items at your own cost.

If you have received a damaged item, we will attempt to claim on the delivery insurance and refund you in full.

We offer full refunds for courses up until 21 days prior to the course date. If you want to cancel within the 21 days, we will try and fill your spot. If we successfully fill your post in time, we will refund you the full amount.

We're working on a way to deliver our pieces internationally via our website. Until then, please see the our FAQ pages for more details on how we can accommodate international shipping.

However until we crack it we can process large orders over £500 via email. This allows us to quote for shipping on each individual order, taking into account the what size/weight/restricted items.

We do not send cuttings internationally.

We can send small quantities of tools internationally, all taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to place an international order over £500 please send a detailed list or screen shot of the basket page with all the products you would like to buy to the email below, with the delivery address. We'll then send you a quote for delivery and invoice for the items.

No, we don't offer accommodation at Netherwood Estate. However we've made a recommended accommodation list of Local B&B's and Camping for you to book at you own convenience.

All teaching sessions with Jenny take place at her home studio, Little Heath, Leysters, Leominster, Herefordshire, HR6 0HT.

The Willow Growing courses take place at the willow bed at Oldfileds Farm, Frith Common, Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, WR15 8JX.
